Home School Archery - Tuesday, January 12 through February 16, 2021 (6 weeks)
Learn archery through weekly classes with other homeschoolers. Solutions in Archery is offering a 6 week Archery Course for beginner and intermediate level archers beginning January 12, 2021 and running through February 16, 2021. Classes will take place at The Paseo Vista Archery Range in Chandler on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 to 11:15AM.
These classes will guide your homeschooler through a basic understanding of the archery equipment being used, important range safety rules and beginning shooting for those just starting out. For students with beginning experience, instruction will be tailored to the individual to continue working on form and shot process. Instruction for classes is provided by Coach Mike Cullumber, a USA Archery Certified Level 4-NTS Coach and an International Judge for USA Archery/World Archery.
Ages 8-18 are welcome! All equipment is provided and no experience is necessary. All you have to do is show up wearing comfortable clothes, closed toe shoes and ready to learn!
Additional archery programs are offered and available at the conclusion of this 6 week course.
ATTENTION - Due to COVID-19, certain requirements will be enforced during this class. All participants and accompanying adults will be required to wear face coverings at all times during the class, except when archers are at the shooting line. If you cannot wear face coverings, you will be required to distance yourself at least 6ft from the nearest non-family member. All instructors will be wearing face coverings. There will be hand sanitizer available during the classes. All equipment will be sanitized before each class and archers will only be able to handle their equipment.
